GENERAL E-PAYMENT TERMS OF USE<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n 1 Donations<\/b><\/p>\n CRTA\u2019s operations as a citizens\u2019 association, its website <\/span>https:\/\/donacije.crta.rs\/en<\/span><\/a> as well as anything related, are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The courts of the Republic of Serbia are competent for all possible disputes.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.1 Donors<\/b><\/p>\n Donations can be made by all interested persons residing in Serbia or abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.2 Donation<\/b><\/p>\n The donor agrees that the funds paid as a donation will unconditionally become the property of CRTA, and that they may be used for the purposes of realizing the vision and mission of CRTA, as well as the corresponding programs described <\/span>here<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.2.1 Types of donations<\/b><\/p>\n The donor can make either a one-time or a recurring monthly donation.<\/span><\/p>\n A one-time donation implies that the donor either selects one of the offered amounts or determines the amount for a one-time payment<\/span> himself.<\/span><\/p>\n A recurring monthly donation implies that the donor selects one of the offered amounts that will automatically be billed to his account each month until the donor stops the payments. The donor can stop the payments at any given moment (closer look at this process in Chapter 1.6).<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.3.1 Entering the donation amount<\/b><\/p>\n All payments will be made in the currency of the Republic of Serbia \u2013 dinar (RSD).<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.3.2 Enabled payment methods<\/strong><\/p>\n The donation can be made in one of the following ways: payment cards – VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, AMEX or DinaCard that support payment via the Internet. Payment by card is realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Banke Intesa and is done in a safe and certified way through the AllSecure Paymet Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card.<\/p>\n After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and the transaction is approved and will be executed immediately.<\/p>\n Check with the bank that issued the card whether your card supports payment via the Internet.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.3.3 Overview of the donation payment order, confirmation and payment<\/b><\/p>\n By entering data into the form (data about the donor \u2013 name and surname, country of residence, email address, phone number, payment card data and amount) and marking the option \u201cI agree with the general terms and conditions of donation payment\u201d and the optional marking of the \u201cI want to receive notifications about CRTA\u2019s activities via email or mobile phone\u201d option, as well as by clicking the appropriate button, the donor confirms the selected donation amount. After that, they will be redirected to the second part of the form, which refers to the donation payment confirmation. The confirmation of payment of the donation contains an overview of the basic details related to the donation: the amount and information about the donor. Before payment confirmation of the donation, the donor can cancel or change the amount of the donation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n CRTA will collect the donor\u2019s email address and\/or mobile phone number only if the option \u201cI want to receive notifications about CRTA\u2019s activities via email and\/or mobile phone\u201d has been previously selected by the donor.<\/span><\/p>\n By clicking the \u201cconfirm the donation payment\u201d option, the donor makes the donation payment.<\/span><\/p>\n If the transaction was successful, the donor will be shown a notification that the payment was successfully made. A payment confirmation email will then be sent to an email address they provided.<\/span><\/p>\n In case the transaction was unsuccessful, the donor will be shown a notification about the failed payment.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.4 Protection of Confidential Transaction Data<\/b><\/p>\n When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PCI DSS system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n CRTA does not have access to payment card data at any stage of the transaction. The payment processor “AllSecure” stores the actual card data instead of CRTA in a certified and secure manner, and in return assigns a token that replaces the required data from the card. If the token were stolen, the illegal user would have absolutely no use for it, because the token is just a random string of numbers that cannot be converted into card data.<\/span><\/p>\n When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PCI system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Bank Intesa AD Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on their web-pages. The payment card data is not in any moment available to CRTA.<\/span><\/p>\n CRTA undertakes not to request and archive data related to the payment card used for the transaction from the donor in any electronic form, especially the card number, expiration date, CVC2 and CVV number, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n 3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants who use the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, thus guaranteeing the security of the transaction to customers and donors.<\/span><\/p>\n PCI DSS Standards – AllSecure Payment Gateway constantly complies with all requirements of card organizations in order to increase the security level of merchants and customers. From 2005 to today, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest standard in the industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) defines the necessary security measures for processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive data about the cardholder during the entire payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant’s point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as later storage of that data.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.5. Complaints<\/b><\/p>\n CRTA does not assume any responsibility for the donor’s errors that may occur during the donation procedure. If a problem or any irregularity arises when sending the donation itself, CRTA recommends that the donor contact CRTA immediately, or no later than 3 working days from making the donation, so that any problems or irregularities that occurred during the transaction are recognized and eliminated as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n In case of possible doubts and\/or problems related to donating, the donor can send a question to <\/span>office@crta.rs<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.6. Refund of donation<\/b><\/p>\n A refund of the donation is possible if the payment was made by third party misuse of the payment card.<\/span><\/p>\n In cases when a donation refund is possible, it is necessary to submit a scanned, written and explained request for the refund of the paid amount, in free form. This request needs to be signed by the owner of the payment card, and sent within 30 days from the donation payment, to <\/span>office@crta.rs<\/span><\/a> or by mail to Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 70, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. Along with the request, it is necessary to submit the confirmation email of the completed transaction, a scanned ID card of the cardholder and a contact phone number.<\/span><\/p>\n The donor will then be contacted by CRTA within 15 working days from the receipt of the complete and timely request for reversing the transaction. Reversal of the transaction and return of the donation funds to the donor is only possible to the account linked to the payment card through which the donation was made.<\/span><\/p>\n Refunds are made exclusively via VISA, EC\/MC and Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will refund funds to the cardholder\u2019s account upon CRTA\u2019s request.<\/span><\/p>\n In case of refund of the donation funds, the donor shall not bear any costs.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.6.1 Termination of the monthly donation<\/b><\/p>\n Termination of monthly donations is done by clicking on the adequate link in the email the donor receives when initiating a donation, as well as from the periodic emails that arrive as a confirmation during the processing of each monthly donation. By clicking on the marked link (under \u201ctermination\/cancellation of monthly donations\u201d), the donor suspends further monthly donations and receives a confirmation in a new “window” that the monthly donation has been successfully terminated.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.7 Additional costs of donation processing and VAT<\/b><\/p>\n Donations are not subject to VAT and there are no additional or hidden costs.<\/span><\/p>\n CRTA is not in the VAT system.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2 Privacy protection<\/b><\/p>\n CRTA guarantees the preservation and protection of the privacy of all donors\u2019 data through this web-site. CRTA collects only necessary data about donors, as well as data necessary for business operations and informing donors in accordance with good business practices and valid financial administrative regulations in the Republic of Serbia. All information about donors is stored in accordance with the law. Only persons employed in CRTA who are responsible for administrative work in CRTA, and are also responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection, have access to donor data.<\/span><\/p>\n CRTA commits not to use the donor\u2019s personal data for any other purpose than that authorized by the donor. The donor is able to request at any time to stop receiving information and messages from CRTA, and CRTA is obligated to act in accordance with the donor\u2019s request.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2.1 Basic information about CRTA:<\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2.2. Statement of Conversion<\/b><\/p>\n All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia \u2013 dinar (RSD). An informative display of prices in other currencies will be shown, using the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to CRTA at the time of the transaction.<\/span><\/p>\n As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original amount of the donation listed on our website or from the amount entered by the donor himself.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 3 Protection of intellectual property<\/b><\/p>\n The content displayed on this site, such as texts, photos, logos, video and audio recordings, design (banners and icons), is the property of CRTA and cannot be used without prior written permission of CRTA.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 4 Communication with donors<\/b><\/p>\n Communication between donors and CRTA takes place via email <\/span>office@crta.rs<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 5 Validity and changes to the Terms of Use<\/b><\/p>\n Regarding donations, the Terms of Use that were valid on the day of the donation are applied. CRTA reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. Terms of Use enter into force on the day of publication on the website <\/span>https:\/\/donacije.crta.rs\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 6 Privacy Policy<\/b><\/p>\n CRTA, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 70, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, email address: office@crta.rs (hereinafter: CRTA) processes personal data, guarantees the preservation and protection of privacy of all donors\u2019 data, in accordance with the applicable legal framework of Serbia and the European Union.<\/span><\/p>\n CRTA collects only necessary, basic data about donors, as well as data necessary for business operations and user information in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality services (email address, first and last name, phone number is optional).<\/span><\/p>\n The donor\u2019s data is used to process transactions and, with the consent of the donor, inform about the activities carried out by CRTA. All information about donors is safely stored and available only to employees who need the information to perform their work. All CRTA employees are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection. CRTA undertakes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized and illegal access and processing of personal data of donors, including encryption of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n CRTA under no circumstances forwards, sells, or rents the collected personal data to third parties and does not use them for any other purpose, except for the purposes of making transactions related to donations.<\/span><\/p>\n CRTA stores donor data related to the donation\/transaction for a period of ten years from the date of payment of the donation. The data of donors who have given consent for their personal data to be used for the purpose of informing about CRTA\u2019s activities will be kept until the donor\u2019s consent is revoked. CRTA does not perform automated decision-making and profiling. CRTA transfers personal data outside the territory of the European Union to Serbia, and the data transfer is carried out on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clause on the Protection of Personal Data adopted by the European Commission. CRTA does not transfer personal data outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia.<\/span><\/p>\n CRTA reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for the amended text to become effective immediately after its publication on CRTA\u2019s website.<\/span><\/p>\n In case of suspicion that the donor\u2019s rights have been violated or threatened, the donor can contact CRTA via email at <\/span>office@crta.rs<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
